Pricing and Orders
- All prices are GST exclusive.
- Minimum order $150 for catering services on Monday to Friday.
- Minimum order $350 for catering services on Saturday and Sunday, with a 10% surcharge. Orders over $800 will not incur a surcharge.
- A 10% discount is available for pick-up orders.
- We are happy to give you quote to meet your special requirements.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery within 8 km of Redfern.
- $10 surcharge for deliveries between 8-12 km of Redfern.
- For distances beyond 12 km of Redfern, we don’t provide delivery services.

What time do you deliver the food?
On the checkout page you can select a delivery time and date.
Please note that based on the delivery time you selected, food can be delivered up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time slot.
Order Placement and Cancellation
- Please place your order by 12pm for delivery on the following workday.
- Place your order by 12pm on Thursday for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
- Weekday delivery time will be 8:30am – 4:30pm.
- Weekend delivery time will be 10:00am – 4:30pm.
- Please call us at 0410 686 886 for last-minute orders.
- We might accept last-minute orders with some surcharge applied.
- Full refund for cancellations made with at least 24-hour notice from the delivery time.
- Refunds will be credited directly to your credit card or bank account.
- Cancellations within 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge to cover the cost of purchased ingredients.
